methods to terminate employment contracts,
negotiate collective bargaining agreements,
counsel in employment problem prevention,
wrongful termination, employee benefits,
labor-management relations, union avoidance,
unemployment and disability benefits,
and workers' compensation.
We protect employers against the misappropriation
of trade secrets, marketing plans, customer
lists, financial information, and other
confidential information by drafting confidentiality
agreements and employment policies including
covenants-not-to-compete, in accordance
with the Lebanese laws.
We represent clients before Labor authorities
and courts in lawsuits pertaining to various
employment matters and implement alternative
dispute resolution programs.
